(u-s:b /Patek-Philippe) Refined and original, the new masterpiece from this Geneva Manufacture combines two complications which would generally require a great deal of space: a double barrel as a series feature, guaranteeing a 10-day power reserve and a tourbillon rotating around its own axis in one minute behind the transparent back. The movement is made up of 231 parts, 72 of which are for the tourbillon. It comes in a rectangular case in art deco style with a waisted profile and flanks with triple fluting. The dial incorporates small seconds at 6 o'clock and the power reserve at 12 o'clock.
