(u-s:b /Versace) Created in 2002 to follow up the highly successful Medusa family - one of the first watch collections designed by Gianni Versace and a huge hit in the ‘90s - the Landmark at once achieved everything the market expected of it.
The baroque style of its predecessors was discreetly updated and revisited in a sober and elegant key, delighting aficionados of the Medusa House style and all other discriminating buyers of “Swiss Made” watches as well.

Hallmarks such as the Greek fret engraved on the case and bracelet, and the Medusa’s head on the dial and crown, combined to give the new collection its strong personality and unmistakeable aura of class, style and elegance.

The original stainless steel versions were soon joined by a model with diamonds and another with a 10 micron gold plated case and bracelet, for both men and women.

The case is rectangular and slightly curved in all versions, with a cambered sapphire crystal highlighting the profile of the case and housing an exquisite “Swiss Made” ETA quartz movement.
Silvered or black dials with stylized, polished stainless steel Roman numerals, or the exclusive Champagne coloured dial in the gold plated versions, together with a stainless steel bracelet and fold-over clasp, are just some of the features that reflect the painstaking attention to detail that went into the development of these watches.

The Collection has now been enriched by a chronograph version that boldly reproduces this strong, elegantly male design, whilst adding exquisite guilloché decorated sub-dials.
Its fine execution and pure lines, plus the not quite "oversize" format and the option of a lizard instead of a stainless steel bracelet, mean Landmark Chrono will also appeal to women who want to wear large, high impact watches without sacrificing femininity.
